To qualify in this category, all items must be handmade by the vendor, or have handmade elements added to a product. Resellers of a product fall into the Commercial category. Spots are limited, apply early. A maximum of five (5) jewelry vendors will be accepted. Early Bird fees in effect through Monday, October 3, 2017.

Generators are allowed. (Quiet-type required.) Please see the applications for details. Booth location will be determined by a vendor’s need for electricity.
Cost = $25. Only one 20 amp
plug-in permitted per vendor.
Nonprofit or PDA Member
Single = $40, Double = $80
Pflugerville Downtown Association members get a discount rate, as an event sponsor. Is your group a nonprofit organization? Clubs, schools or churches may purchase a booth space to promote a cause.

Vendor Application Process
1. Submit an application online.
2. Receive conditional acceptance email and payment link. Payment of fees must be completed within seven (7) business days of notification or spot may be given to another applicant.
3. Within two (2) business days of payment, a “Notification of Accetpance” email will be sent with more event details.
Vendor applications due Oct. 9 or when full.
Food & Drink
Early Bird: Single = $100, Double = $200
Regular: Single = $150, Double = $300
We accept a maximum of two (2) food vendors selling the same items (i.e., tacos, BBQ chicken, snow cones, etc.). No alcoholic beverages permitted for sale. There will be beer sales at the event by sponsor Hanovers Draught Haus. The Temporary Event Food Permit to be obtained after a vendor is accepted. Early Bird fees in effect through Monday, October 3, 2017.

We welcome businesses of all sizes to apply, including home-based businesses. If you are selling food/drink of any type, please apply under the “Food/Drink” category (on the right side). Vendors may solicit email addresses, do giveaways or demonstrate products at your booth. Early Bird fees in effect through Monday, October 3, 2017.
In addition to a booth, sponsors receive: recognition from the stage as a “Cook-off sponsor”, sponsor listing on the Pfall Chili Pfest’s website, and company logo included on Chili Pfest promotional material*.
*Inclusion on promotional materials may be limited if application is submitted after September 1.
